Our Solution

A high percentage of users view websites on their mobile devices, so when we design a responsive website we always break the design down into visuals, showing how the site will look from a mobile perspective. It's essential that when a website moves from a large screen to a small screen, the integrity of the site is not lost and the user is able to navigate the website with the same amount of clarity and ease.

The design of both the frontend and backend of the website had to be in-line with the company's brand, but also reflect the company's global aspirations. Simple navigation for candidates, clients and administrative personnel is essential for any website, but more so if your whole business is reliant upon it.

Outcome

We set out to provide the company with a new website that could deliver all of their business goals and objectives, but it was essential that in the process, we retained the character, integrity and sophistication of the brand.

UX led redesign and replatforming to WordPress for RedBooks Abroad, the Singapore’s leading firm helping Students with Visa approval, Paid Internship, IELTS & more.

RedBooks Abroad, help students 7 to achieve their dreams of studying overseas in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, UK, US and Canada! They can leave the hassle to them as they take care of everything from advising on course, applications, visa, accommodation and all students need before departing on their new adventure.

What we did

Our Solution

We kicked off the project with a thorough strategy, discovery and definition phase. The DigiAxo team then focused on creating the wireframes for a refreshed design with a simple and intuitive UX. This improves clarity of user journeys, and helps the different user personas ‘discover’ more about RedBooks Abroad, through interactive call to actions, easy navigation and user friendly layout.

User Experience was brought to life through dynamic design and content, reflecting their new brand positioning, balanced against the need for optimum site speed and functionality.

Outcome

As a result of our solution RedBooks Abroad has been able to rapidly communicate its objectives with the students all across the globe in a matter of days.

EasyDesktop provides private and business/enterprise virtual desktops for a monthly subscription, which are accessible from any device 24/7. These desktops are fully managed, secure and updated and come with standard or 24/7 support.

What we did

Our Solution

EasyDesktop needed more than just a nice redesign. We began the project with a full analytics audit and detailed research into buyer personas. We then spent two days on the ground with the EasyDesktop team in London, where we ran sessions with their marketing, analytics, content and technology teams to develop the user journeys, site architecture and content strategy required to get potential EasyDesktop customers from website visitors to converted new customers.

Our unique modular approach to WordPress theme development means EasyDesktop have a site that is fully flexible and extendable, whilst being easy to troubleshoot and maintain. Every content section on the site is built as a ‘module’ that the EasyDesktop marketing team can redeploy. This gives the ability to create new content and generate landing pages for individual campaigns quickly, easily and through the WordPress dashboard.

Outcome

EasyDesktop had an existing API, originally developed for their Ruby on Rails based platform. We rebuilt a series of forms that connect through the EasyDesktop API in PHP to enable them to integrate with the WordPress site. These include forms to create an account (with LinkedIn integration), request a call back and login to the site, as well as desktop virtual access and live customer support platform.
